Because plants are living items and each purchase is unique, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that unexpected issues can occasionally arise. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll be happy to review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

• Plants must be cared for according to their recommended care instructions after purchase.
• Pottery and other merchandise should be inspected before leaving the store.
• Clearance, sale, and seasonal items are final sale.
